Our default is to operate our human vehicles separated from our true intelligence. Much of our actions are determined at the reaction stage of the drivetrain. We operate in 2WD with spinning wheels and wasted energy, not to mention the consequent trouble with directional control. We make snap decisions without involving all our assets. We fail to allow the intelligent heart and its wisdom to set up a coherent pathway to the higher cortical centers of the brain.

   When we are deliberate and considerate in involving the heart-brain, we set up an intelligent flow of information which the thalamus, as the differential, or differentiator, can properly interpret and is able to allow these coherent messages to flow up and through to the creative, thinking parts of our brain; the higher centers. Energy is conserved and we are much less likely to make decisions which cause others distress and us regret.
