When there is anxiety in the world, anxiety in your heart, anxiety in your life, think of this and calm yourself. Think of the beauty in nature. Relax in nature and trust in nature. Nature is calming. It just is. It exists as a calm, serene, harmonious actuality. Think of nature. Think of something natural and beautiful. Your anxiety will vanish into thin air. Anger and resentment too. Dismiss those with the same treatment.

   People have pets as calming influence. They see in them the beauty and simplicity of just being. Watch the birds, watch the trees, watch the clouds; allow yourself to just be as you do so and your anxieties, fears, angers, resentments etc. will fade away. Your mood will be lifted and it’s free, anyplace, anytime, for all who have the courage and openness to try. Then you will see the value in nature; the value in maintaining balance and allowing nature to demonstrate its harmony; the beautiful natural, free resource which not only feeds us all but also lifts the spirit and reconnects the soul with the universe and removes the perception of disconnectedness. A reminder that we are all one and all completely, inextricably connected at the very deepest, beautiful level, if only you can trust and be open to that possibility. 

   Cars and buses keep you disconnected from nature. When we walked everywhere or rode horses to travel, we were much more connected to nature and in tune with her harmony. These days, in tin boxes, we have separated ourselves from the earth and its beautiful resources. Rushing around to get somewhere, to do something, to achieve something, to earn something, to spend something to buy something.

   Casualties are all around us; casualties of this disconnected lifestyle; casualties of the separation between earth and her beauty. Knowing we can be healed is the first step along the path to healing.

   Walk with me in a forest; imagine the walk; imagine the senses, the smells, the sights, the noise, the sounds; imagine the tranquility; feel your mood lift as you do so. Whenever you feel anxious, take yourself to a forest in your mind and let your heart conjure the special setting that calms your soul.   You view your life through the perspective of expectation. Don’t burden yourselves in such a way. Just be and follow the light. Follow the breadcrumbs; the trail which steps out before you one pace at a time. When you open your hearts to just being and trusting, the universe is truly able to deliver its full beauty and glory through you in a manner which is exactly as it is meant to be. When you try to plan or influence or adjust your pathway the routing becomes distorted to a degree. That is not to say that there are not benefits and lessons to be gleaned from this, just that the happiest, most joyful expression of your being comes to the fore when you just go with the flow, as you’d intended when you made plans to incarnate in this existence.
